Bulk Billed Examinations
We bulk bill all eligible Medicare card holders, so there's no out of pocket expense
Full Eye Exams
Every examination includes assessment of vision, binocular vision, colour vision and ocular health checks
Examination Reports
Every child examined will have a report with their examination results sent home
How it Works
Organising a visit from On-Site Eyecare is easy. We have secure online systems, which means you don't even have to deal with paperwork!

Express your Interest
Email the team at hello@on-site-eyecare.com.au OR fill out the contact form below to register your interest and discuss suitable dates for our visit.

Parent Consent Forms
We'll provide a weblink, where parents can book their child's eye exam at your school.
Once booked, they'll be sent an email asking some basic details, including Medicare number and asking for consent. Alternatively, we can provide paper consent forms for distribution.

Examination Day
We'll need a quiet-ish space, and we'll set up and pack up all of our own portable equipment. Our team all have blue cards, and extensive experience working with children. Each child will be with us for approximately 20 minutes.

Reports
Each child examined will have a report sent home.
Should a child need glasses, or further examination, their parents will be informed.
